
A 4-week journey toward more peace, understanding, and connection in your unique life through improving your mental health and overall physical wellbeing. Every session will begin with a short educational lesson, some introspective moments for journaling, and then all students receive reiki energy healing to fully integrate the lessons into body, mind, and soul!

Week 2: Reiki Precepts: Do not anger, do not worry
Week 3: Reiki Precepts: Give thanks, Work honestly
Week 4: Reiki Precept: Be kind, synopsis and reflection!
