You built the foundation… now it’s time to rise.

Our next 4-week series is designed exclusively for students who completed Yoga Foundations and are ready for the next step.

We’ll build strength, refine alignment, explore deeper twists and backbends, and begin flowing with more confidence and control. Each week progresses intentionally — so you feel stronger, steadier, and more empowered on your mat.
