Beads & Breath

Join us for a three-week journey that weaves together mala practice, mantra chanting, gentle movement, and guided meditation. Each session offers a playful yet grounding space to explore your inner landscape—one bead, one breath, one moment at a time.

Whether you’re brand new to meditation or looking to deepen your practice, this series invites you to slow down, reconnect, and find ease in a supportive community.

We’ll meet for 3 Thursday in February from 6:00–7:00 PM.

Over the course of three weeks, you will: ✨ Learn to use a mala to anchor your focus and intention ✨ Explore simple chants that lift the mood and calm the mind ✨ Move gently to release tension and open the body ✨ Settle into meditation with clarity, softness, and curiosity.

Malas will be available to borrow, or you’re welcome to bring your own. If you fall in love with the practice, malas will also be available for purchase.

Expect a blend of mindfulness and lightheartedness—nothing too serious, yet deeply restorative. Each class builds on the last, helping you create a rhythm of presence that flows into everyday life.
